STUDENT REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

This Enrollment Contract (“Contract”) is entered into on [Date] by and between AMORENGLISH ESL COMPANY (“Company”), located at Turkey, and [Student’s Full Name] (“Student”), residing at [Student’s Address].
1. Purpose This Contract sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction to the Student.
2. Enrollment Period The Student is enrolling for the period starting from [Start Date] to [End Date].

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Student: The Student may cancel enrollment by providing written notice to the Company at least 6 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 6 days before the start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of half of the amount paid.
Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the Student.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of cancellation.
6. Student Responsibilities
Attendance: The Student is expected to attend all classes as per the schedule.
Conduct: The Student is expected to behave respectfully towards instructors.
Materials: The Student can choose any lesson material that fits his/her needs.
7. Company Responsibilities
Instruction: The Company will provide qualified instructors to teach the course.
Support: The Company will offer support and resources necessary for the Student’s learning.
8. Liability The Company is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property that may occur during the course.
9. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep the terms of this Contract and any proprietary information confidential.
10. Governing Law This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Entire Agreement This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
12. Amendments Any amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

                                                                                                                  TEACHER REGISTRATION AGREEMENT


This Agreement is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between AMORENGLISH, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and [Teacher's Full Name], hereinafter referred to as "the Teacher."
1. Freelancing
1.1 Freelance Status
The Teacher is engaged as a freelancer and is responsible for their own government contributions, including but not limited to taxes, social security, and health insurance. The Teacher will not receive any 13th month pay or double pay during regular holidays.
1.2 Business Relationship
The Teacher does not have an employee-employer relationship with the Company. Instead, the Teacher operates as a business partner providing teaching services to students. This partnership implies mutual business interests and does not entitle the Teacher to employee benefits or protections.
2. Teacher Responsibilities and Conduct
2.1 Professional Conduct
The Teacher is required to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
2.2 Class Protocols and Compliance
The Teacher agrees to adhere to all verbal and written class protocols and comply with directives issued by the Company's administrators. Non-compliance may result in penalties.
2.3 Confidentiality and Personal Information
The Teacher agrees not to share any personal information, including but not limited to their personal contact information, address, social media profiles, or any other identifying details, with students. Additionally, the Teacher is not allowed to ask for personal information or contact details from the students. Violation of this clause will result in disciplinary action, which may include termination of this Agreement and/or legal action.
2.4 Lesson Preparation
The Teacher is responsible for preparing their own lesson materials for the students.
3. Attendance and Leave
3.1 Leave of Absence
The Teacher is entitled to request a leave of absence once per month. Such requests must be filed at least one week prior to the intended absence date.
3.2 Unauthorized Absences
Consecutive absences without valid reasons may result in termination. Consecutive unauthorized absences will incur a penalty of 50 pesos per missed class.
3.3 Absence Due to Valid Reasons
For absences due to health conditions, the death of a family member, or other natural disasters, the Teacher must submit appropriate certification or proof if the absence spans two consecutive days.
4. Compensation and Benefits
4.1 Compensation
The Teacher will be compensated weekly at a rate of 200 pesos per 50-minute lesson or 100 pesos per 25-minute lesson conducted.
4.2 Student Retention Bonus
The Teacher is eligible for a bonus of 1,000 pesos if they successfully retain their students for at least one month.
5. Resignation
5.1 Resignation Notice
The Teacher must provide at least one month's notice prior to their intended last working day. The Teacher is only eligible to resign after completing a three-month working period with the Company.
6. Backup Resources
6.1 Backup Resources
The Teacher is required to maintain backup power, internet, and equipment to ensure the continuity of teaching services.

7. Legal and Governing Terms
7.1 Breach of Contract
If the Teacher breaches any terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action and impose a fine of 50,000 pesos.
7.2 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
8. Entire Agreement
8.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.
